Prof. Huihui Li received her Ph.D. in Chemical Biology at Peking University in 2008. Now She is a professor in School of Chemistry and Materials Science at Nanjing Normal University and a member of National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center of Biomedical Functional Materials. She was an Outstanding Young Teacher of Qing Lan Project from Nanjing Normal University in 2012. She worked as Visiting Associate Professor with Prof. David D. Y. Chen at University of British Columbia, Canada in 2015-2016. Recenty she has co-written 4 books and published more than 40 papers in journals including Anal. Chem., Chem. Eur. J., Talanta, J. Chromatogr. A, etc.
Her research interesting is mainly focused on developing new methods for the analysis of intermolecular interactions (DNA-small molecule, protein-DNA, etc.) by bioanalytical techniques, such as Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS), Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), Circular Dichroism (CD) and Fluorescence Spectroscopy.
Oral contribution: Mass spectrometry and capillary electrophoresis frontal analysis for characterizing DNA-small molecule interactions
