Rebecca Wiesner studied Pharmacy from 2011 to 2015 at the Technische Universität Braunschweig. During her studies she completed a two-month research internship at the University of Rhode Island. From 2017 to 2020 she was a fellow of the doctoral programm "Gendered Configurations of Human and Machines". Her thesis deals with "The evolution of automation in pharmaceutical analysis from the perspective of gender studies" (supervised by Prof. Dr. Hermann Wätzig.
